ENMAX Energy has several different billing cycles that you could fall into depending on when you sign-up. Since the floating rate is a daily average, customers who are in different billing cycles may be charged a different floating rate. ENMAX Energy posts floating rates based off of the average for the previous calendar month not your billing cycle, so they will never match perfectly.
For Example:
- The Variable Gas rate on
www.enmax.com is the average from the 1st to the 30th of the previous Calendar month.
- Customer 1's billing cycle runs from the 6th to the 5th – which means their average would likely be different than what is displayed on
www.enmax.com
- Customers 2's billing cycle runs from the 10th – 9th – which means this average would also likely be different from what is displayed on the website
and different from Customer 1.
