Paperless billing and reporting portal
The online portal gives you access to your bills, dynamic online reports, consumption trending and critical account information including contracts, site details and more.
Through the portal, you can conveniently access your bills online, any time, or have an email notification sent as soon as your new bills become available.

Access to the Paperless Billing and Reporting Portal is secure and requires a username and password. Learn more about how to use the portal reports.
Consent to Release Information to a Third Party form
If you would like a Third Party to access your account within the portal, or if you are not the Legal Owner of the account, a Consent to Release Information to a Third Party form will need to be submitted.
Understanding your bill
Commercial customers on an energy contract will receive a monthly invoice for their account which contains:
- A summary page that shows:
- Summary of payments made and processed to the account from the time the previous invoice was issued
- The total charge for electricity and/or natural gas services for your account
- Your total balance due
- Energy definitions (on page 2) which explains the terms used in the energy business
- A dedicated page for each site on your contract(s). Each page will include a subtotal for each site ID
