What to expect if your payment is late

(During the colder winter months, electricity will not be disconnected, however, a load limiter or electricity limiter will be attached to your meter during those times.)

Equalized payment program

You have the option of leveling your monthly ENMAX bill payments throughout the year, increasing predictability, and helping with household budgeting.

Set up pre-authorized payments

Pre-authorized payments withdraw money automatically from your bank account or credit card to pay the monthly balance of your bill. Call our team at 310-3010 to set up pre-authorized payments or use your online account.
