Getting a Site Identification number (Site ID) is a common first step to setting up a new electrical connection or upgrading an existing service. Learn the steps involved to get a new or temporary electrical service in your home or business.

Step 1: Confirm with ENMAX Power that your power request is feasible.

Step 2: Get a permit number

Step 3: Get a Site ID

Installation will be scheduled during regular working hours (M-F; 8AM - 4 PM) unless otherwise requested. After-hours work can be requested and is subject to availability. Please note, an additional after-hours fee will apply. Request here.
