Fill out this form if you need a meter or multiple meters installed in Calgary. If you are outside of Calgary, please call 403-219-7799.
Meter installations are typically completed within 15 business days, provided that the site meets all the requirements of the ENMAX Metering Standard. Service level may be impacted by emergencies, power outages, weather, and resources.
Electricity service for new meter installations will be billed on the Rate of Last Resort. If you do not want the Rate of Last Resort for your electricity, please contact your preferred retailer first. Your retailer will set up your account and coordinate your meter installation with ENMAX Power Corporation.
