I understand that at this time ENMAX does not provide design and installation services for solar energy systems itself and works with third party contractors to achieve the solar goals of its customers. Accordingly, by submitting this form that contains some of my personal information, I understand, agree and consent that:

1. ENMAX will provide the information I submit on this form to one or more third party contractors who will separately contact me about my request for design and installation services related to solar energy systems,
2. any contracts entered into for the purchase of solar energy systems following submission of this form will solely be with those contractors without any involvement from ENMAX,
3. ENMAX may use my information to track whether I purchase a solar energy system from any third-party contractor and also follow-up with me about my experiences related to this form submission and any subsequent investigations and/or purchases of solar energy systems, including by sending notifications related to timing of third-party contractor follow-ups, sending satisfaction surveys or other reasonable outreach for marketing purposes, unless I subsequently withdraw my consent, and
4. ENMAX may earn a commission related to any referrals made to third party contractors regarding this form submission.

I further understand that the decision to contract with any third-party contractors that contact me after submission of this form is my sole responsibility as they are not agents or partners of or work for ENMAX, and that ENMAX does not make and expressly disclaims any warranty, guarantee, or promise, whether expressed or implied, regarding the suitability, quality or workmanship of any third party contractor hired by me regarding solar energy systems.
